This policy creates clear and respectful boundaries around scheduling while allowing reasonable flexibility when life circumstances change.

By booking a session or purchasing a session package, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies.

1. Individual Session Payments

A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to reserve your session.

Once a session has been completed, completing the payment for that session is required and non-refundable. Because each appointment involves reserved time, preparation, and personalized service, refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with a subjective experience, intuitive impression, interpretation, or perceived outcome.

Mystic by Nature does not guarantee any particular personal, spiritual, emotional, energetic, or other outcome from a session.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

48 or more hours’ notice

You may choose to:

• Reschedule your session for another available appointment time; or

• Receive a credit toward a future Mystic by Nature service.

Account credits are valid for 12 months from the date issued unless otherwise stated.

Refunds to the original payment method may be considered when cancellation is made with at least 48 hours’ notice, but account credit or rescheduling is the standard accommodation.

Less than 48 hours’ notice

The scheduled session will generally be considered used, and payment will not be refunded.

At the practitioner’s discretion, a one-time reschedule may be offered when circumstances warrant it. A late reschedule is not guaranteed and should not be considered an entitlement.

No-show

If you do not attend your scheduled session and do not contact Mystic by Nature in advance, the session will be considered used, and payment will not be refunded.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require payment in full before future appointments can be scheduled.

3. Session Packages

Mystic by Nature session packages are intentionally structured as finite containers for focused exploration, reflection, integration, and completion.

Package pricing reflects a commitment to the complete container and includes a discounted rate compared with purchasing individual sessions separately.

For this reason:

Packages become non-refundable once the first session has been completed.

Once a package has begun:

• Unused sessions are non-redeemable for cash.

• Individual sessions within the package cannot be refunded separately.

• Package sessions cannot be exchanged for unrelated services.

• The package discount is contingent upon the client’s commitment to the package as a whole.

• Choosing not to complete the package does not create an entitlement to a partial refund.

• In exceptional circumstances, Mystic by Nature may offer a transfer, credit, or other accommodation at its discretion.

Before the first session has taken place, a refund request may be considered if circumstances have changed and the package has not yet begun.

4. Package Scheduling

Package sessions are generally scheduled approximately three weeks apart to allow appropriate time for reflection and integration between sessions.

Clients are responsible for scheduling and attending their remaining sessions within the applicable package period.

If life circumstances require a reasonable scheduling adjustment, please communicate as early as possible. Mystic by Nature will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when availability permits.

A package is intended to provide a cohesive experience rather than a collection of indefinitely open appointments. Maintaining reasonable spacing and completing the sessions within the agreed timeframe helps preserve the integrity of the container.

5. Practitioner Cancellation or Rescheduling

If Mystic by Nature needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered the opportunity to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.

If rescheduling is not possible or desired, you may receive a credit or refund for the affected session, as appropriate.

If Mystic by Nature is unable to complete a prepaid package, any refund or other accommodation will be addressed based on the portion of services that has and has not been provided.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Mystic by Nature understands that unexpected circumstances can arise.

Significant emergencies, bereavement, severe weather, or other extraordinary circumstances may be considered individually.

While exceptions are not guaranteed, Mystic by Nature may, at its discretion, offer an appropriate accommodation such as:

• A rescheduled appointment;

• Account credit;

• A session transfer; or

• Another mutually appropriate arrangement.

The purpose of this provision is to allow reasonable human discretion when circumstances genuinely warrant it. It does not create an expectation that exceptions will be made in every situation.

7. No Refunds Based on Expected Outcomes

Mystic by Nature’s services are offered for spiritual exploration, personal reflection, energetic practices, and intuitive guidance. Individual experiences vary, and no particular result is promised or guaranteed.

Refunds are not provided because a client:

• Does not experience a particular sensation or emotional response;

• Does not receive the interpretation or message they hoped for;

• Does not agree with an intuitive or channeled impression;

• Does not experience a desired personal or spiritual outcome; or

• Decides after the service has been provided that the experience was different from what they expected.

Clients are always free to question, accept, reinterpret, or disregard any intuitive or spiritual information offered during a session.

8. Account Credits & Transfers

When an account credit is issued, it is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance, unless a different expiration date is communicated in writing.

Credits generally apply toward Mystic by Nature services and are not redeemable for cash.

Credits and package sessions are generally non-transferable to another individual without prior approval.

Any transfer of a package or credit must be approved by Mystic by Nature before the transfer occurs.

9. Personal Responsibility

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you acknowledge your responsibility to manage your schedule and communicate promptly when circumstances affect your ability to attend.

The purpose of these policies is not to prevent flexibility, but to ensure that reserved appointment times and the structure of each client container are respected.

10. Policy Acknowledgment

By booking a session or purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.

This policy is intended to establish clear expectations and protect the time, energy, and investment of both the client and Mystic by Nature.

Mystic by Nature reserves the right to make reasonable exceptions when circumstances warrant them.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law.
