I am a healer, psychic channel and medium, having reached the Master Metaphysician level in my training after 7 years of sacred service. I’m known for my sweetness, kind heart, and compassionate, yet humorous approach to the healing process.
As a healer, I view my work as an extension of the rise of the Divine Feminine on Earth. I am here to bring chaos into order by helping whomever needs my healing work, so that I may uplift as many people as possible and help raise the consciousness of humanity. I innately love people and hope to impact as many as I can, God willing.
Since childhood, I’ve been blessed with spiritual abilities that have increased and further activated with age. I’ve experienced the unbelievable, the sacred, and the miraculous. I am here to help usher in a new Age of Miracles through my sacred service of supporting and healing others.
For you, I offer my vessel as a transmitter of sacred healing energy, as well as my mind and spirit for your inspiration and enlightenment.

I am originally from Wilmington, Delaware, but I’ve lived across the country thanks to my fighter pilot father. I was exposed to new communities and cultures from a young age, fostering within me a deep love of art, ancient civilizations, and human connections. I found Buddhism as a teenager, which lead me through an inner exploration of my personal beliefs with my moral compass, having discovered a new philosophy that resonated with me spiritually. I explored other eastern and world religions, curious for the crossovers and similarities between them. I most enjoy finding the threads of humanity that are universal and shared.
I went to the University of South Carolina, studying Anthropology and Archaeology. I’ve been fortunate enough to attend an archaeological field school on Catalina Island, as well as participate in digs from the Mojave Desert to the badlands of northwestern Nebraska. Some of my first and most profound mediumship experiences occurred when working in the field and in the laboratory analyzing and cataloging artifacts.
During college, I became engrossed in yoga and meditation, leading me to complete my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training as well as a 650hr Ayurvedic Health Counselor training in the following years. It was during those years that I began experimenting with my natural ability to use energy healing techniques, having been trained at a young age by my mother who is a Reiki Master.
Through my twenties, I gained experience in the world of service, both sacred and retail. I farmed on an organic CSA farm for several years, then received my first level of training from Delphi University, which opened me up completely and pushed me into the metaphysical world. In 2019, I opened Take Care Apothecary, a wellness shop and healing space, the first of its kind in my area. Even through 2020, we kept growing and serving the community, reaching the peak and fulfillment of its mission at the end of 2021.
After closing the store, I continued offering my services privately, while also offering group events like sound baths, women’s circles and cacao ceremonies. Entering 2024, I found myself restless and ready for a new environment to live in and community to serve. Fortunately for me, I was able to pack up and relocate to Asheville, NC, a sacred and favorite place, where I am continuing my mission of sacred service and healing.
In recent years, I’ve had many encounters with nature spirits and the elemental beings of the natural world. The name Mystic by Nature is a double entendre, noting my natural spiritual abilities, yet also my connection to the spiritual world of nature. I think part of my sacred service is meant to include reconnecting humanity with the spiritual world of the nature, which overlaps our own and is just as real.
We are living at the most incredible time in human history thus far, the ending of the old and the beginning of the new. While there is so much stress, so much chaos and confusion, I aim to be an anchored lighthouse, guiding all who can see my light. I hope to help you overcome any fear, pessimism, or resistance to life, and to your self.
